Reveal Package on it's Way!!

I heard from my Sevret Sistah two days ago, my reveal package is on it's way and should be here by Tuesday or Wednesday! Yippee! My poor mail lady Martha-I will be stalking her starting Tuesday. She already *hates* coming here cause I either have a package she needs to drop off or always have something in the mailbox waiting for her to take with her. Sometimes it has postage and other times just some cash tossed in the box and she has to take it in the post office and get the receipt and include the change or, as sometimes happens, the bill for the balance owed. Martha will be happy when the swaps are over that's for sure. Poor Martha!

Reveal Package!!!

I got my reveal package!!! It came in the mail yesterday but because of my work schedule the pst few days I only just opened it tonight! Thank you so so much Kari!! Here is what I got....a ton of goodies!

A ton of wonderful, yummy yarn, a Lavender Reed Diffuser, and smell goodies! Thank you so much Sistah for your conversation and encouragement through emails and ecards, and thank you for the great gifts. And all while you are having it rough yourself. I really appreciate everything. It was great talking with you!

I got a little package in the mail from my Secret Sistah the day before yesterday!

She got me a clover cutter! Eeeeeeee! I am so making a beaded necklace to hang it on this weekend. Cute Christmas beads with my name on the silver charm and some Burt's Bees champagne colored lipbalm! Thank you dear Sistah, I love everything! :)

OK Well we all knew that my lovely and generous Secret Sister was the lovely and talented Deneen, but what you may not know is she totally rocks.
She's been a great secret sister and I've totally enjoyed myself being spoiled.
I got my "reveal" package today... and all I can say is omg Thank you so much Deneen!!! It all is wonderful!!!
Now, I have still been up since 2 am, I tried to take a nap with the boy but the phone wouldn't shut up, then the cat sat on my head etc so I finally just gave up... so I am kinda loopy.
First off I couldn't get that dern envelope open grrr.




AHA! I go get my handy dandy scissors! (Note they are purple)

Yummy yarns... a pattern and some beautiful green 100% silk (my first ever)and a D hook, some handspun cotton and lurex (my first ever handspun yarn) (omg am i a yarn hick or what?)
Some tea (which is ALWAYS greeted with great happiness) a cute little book about tea.
A wire bracelet kit that I can't wait to dive into!
oh oh and a book of bookmark patterns!

Woohoo!!!

With all that has been going on recently I totally spaced my secret sistah (ok she isn't so secret anymore lol) telling me she'd sent off a package.
It arrived today and was it ever a cool package!
Two skiens of the most beautiful yarn... Deneen I said on my blog I actually had a small scrap ball of that in a ebay box once and fell in love with it not even knowing what it was. It's so beautiful... now what to make from it...
and some wonderful incense with a cool tiny burner.

Thank you ever so much. It was a great pick me up.

I Got A Box

I got a box!! and it wasnt for the auction.. it was for me!! me!! me!!



Thanks Secret Sistah.. for the olive oil lotion in lemongrass and sage.. the trivet made of wine corks.. the yarn.. the angel..the cross stitched wall hanging and the tea.. (we jsut wont mention the rather large bar of belgian Chocolate that didnt make the pic.. its in the fridge firming up ~ i swear i didnt eat the whole thing already !!~ )

I messed up!

Damn, I messed up. I used my super secret email account, stupid euphemisms I don't usually use, etc and then I send my sister an email and do what, sign my name! I saw it right after I hit send and was mortified. I suck big time! Sorry I ruined it sis, although you probably knew it was me anyway.
