Hey Girls.. Just checking in .. and I wanted to thank Ro for the beautiful thank you package she sent me .. no picture .. as my nails are wet LOL.. and i am ok to type but not to take pics !! I will add one later.. but Will say .. she sent me a ball of Divine.. gorgeous ! a cute martini stamp unlike the ones I already have !! and a Burt's Bees Lotion sampler !! THANKS RO!! and a super cute card!

also nice but not necessary.. she sent back the poncho I made (out of yarn i didnt realize she was allergic to and since have made a hypoallergenic replacement .. ).....so here is the deal..

Since the pink poncho was a gift anyway.. and it IS gorgeous.. I am going to regift it out.. so .. if you are interested.. this is what I need you to do .. EMAIL me... elizabeth.jacobsen@gmail.com and give me your best shot at tell me WHY you need this poncho.. I will choose a winner and send it out .. please include you mailing addres with your reply.. Taste of Michigan Reveal

What a wonderful reveal package! Thanks Natalie. I received a delicious tin on Morley's buttery Almond Pecan-dy Crunch popcorn, which didn't make it to the photo, that tin is EMPTY! Also included was some fabulous yarn, the white was recylcled yarn and it is soo soft, the red yarn is JoAnn Marel yarn, I've never tried this yarn, but I'm eager to try it. Also included was a Clover Soft Touch Crochet Hook and Sanders dessert topping in Milk Chocolate fudge and Butterscotch Caramel. Thanks so much Natalie for being the best secret sistah ever, I really enjoyed everything you selected for me and appreciate your generosity.

I recieved my reveal package yesterday but was so bombed with mail and boxes etc that I am just now getting a picture and posting..

my pal Joy .. was great!.. my box was awesome ...



i recieved a Vogue Knitting Book I had been wanting.. a set of Crystal Palace bamboo needles in a size 7 ( a size i didnt have ) ....some Montana Wool .. some other beautiful yarn.. not sure what it is but its pretty .. soem belgian chocolate with honey crisps.. wine glass markers.. a gorgeous hand made scarf that will go with several of my winter jackets.. and last but not least . BEADS... several hanks.. all pretty.. !!

I have the best Sistah ever. EVER y'all.

Jessi was so awesome to me and as an added bonus I made a wonderful new friend in the process! :)

Her reveal package arrived in the mail today, which was a plesant surprise. Actually, there was one of those dreaded pink "Hey, why aren't you ever home to get your mail" slips in the box but when I read it it said "Package behind planter next to steps" and I did a little happy dance right there on the sidewalk.

Inside...oh man. Well, you can look because I'm still freaking out from happiness over it all.








YES. That is a yarn winder. And it belongs to me! *happy dance* I immediately had to try it out with some of the wool I dyed, it works like a dream.

She also send rainbow boucle for a shawl I want to make, some Lion Brand homespun in a color I can't get around here and a gorgeous bead decorated hook that I can't wait to start using. She sent a bag of scraps for my monster afghan project as well, but those didn't make it into the photo as I have already put them in my workbasket. Exactly what I need for the project though!
